This retreat will be a full body and spirit reset.

Easeful mornings for meditation or a walk along the beach, then we gather for long-form ALTER movement practices in a gorgeous yoga shala surrounded by lush tropical blooms or on the beach, integrating meditation and guided journaling sessions.

Afternoons are free for exploring the vibrant area and what is unfolding in your heart, with options for excursions to immerse you in the beauty and inspiring culture of the Nicoya peninsula, or a hike or personal mentorship session with Nicole. We will gather again for an early evening ALTER restorative and meditation practice followed by a leisurely dinner with rich conversation. Woven with a few surprises...

Located in the Nicoya peninsula, a blue zone famous for the pura vida lifestyle that contributes to the extraordinary longevity of its inhabitants, Nosara is a gem of a yogi-surfer town on a pristine and wild beach of a bay that offers consistent, calm waves perfect for beginner surfers, and edge breaks experienced surfers love. Nosara has become a destination for soulful creatives, who have opened inspiringly designed eco-hotels and beloved restaurants.

Two stunning, modern beach-front villas will be our retreat center.

There are two accommodation options for our gathering, reflected in the registration options:

either a room in the retreat villas (all rooms have their own en-suite bathrooms and can be booked as single or multiple occupancy), or you can book your own accommodations and join for the retreat programming The retreat villas are walking distance from most of central Nosara.

Our retreat programming will begin at 5:00pm Friday evening, and conclude at 9:30am on Wednesday.

Investment

$1990 - retreat only (not including accommodation)

$3,100 - triple or quad occupancy per person - villa room

$3,990 - double occupancy per person - villa room

$4,990 - single occupancy - villa room
